Are you looking for a cross tab that shows category totals by payee, or a list of transactions that is grouped first by category and then by payee? The first is possible by modifying the Cash Flow report to show Payees in the columns. But that's probably not what you because there will be so many zeros for all the categories where payees aren't used. The latter is not possible for all categories at once. You would need to go through and do it yourself running reports one category at a time. Running the reports from the category list might make the process a little easier. If you click on the "Usage" count in the category list, you'll get a transaction report by payee for that category.
