Need a deleted Items folder. Allow accidently deleted items to restored.

During my initial use I was loading lots of documents. Many contacts were added automatically by the import process. The contacts were often duplicates of existing contacts. I went through and deleted the duplicates, but realized that if I accidently deleted the wrong one, I would have to manually re-enter the the information. It would be nice to have a folder where deleted items are stored for a year and allow me to restore them. After 1 year delete in the "Deleted" folder go ahead and permanently delete them.

Add ability to restore Essentials Checklist after "Mark as Completed"

It would be great to be able to get the Essentials Checklist back on the Overview screen (or any other place) after it has been "Mark as Completed." It is helpful to be able to walk through all the information and to see if other features or types of accounts/data have been added to the system.

Right now, contacts show up in alphabetical order, which isn't helpful when your insurance agent starts with 'A' and is connected with 1 thing and your spouse starts with 'M' and is connected with everything.

Property & Trusts Accounts

There is no selection for an LLC or Trusts for account types under Property and Trusts. It seems like more and more people are creating trusts and LLCs as a part of the estate planning and it would be helpful to have an account type for these.

Navigating the features of LifeHub is not very intuitive. For Example, on the Contacts page:
It says: "Add Your Contacts." A blue button says "New Item." Clicking on that, it says, "New Item." and "Name of the Item."

Shouldn't it say "Person" or "Contact" instead of "Item"?

Using email or text for SMS is a very poor 2FA solution. Please replace that method with support for authenticator apps, passkeys, or hardware keys.

If the Cloud data is breached we will have a huge problem, so I think it's better and more secure to have the standard data on the local PC, and an (optional) copy in the Cloud. And yes that will restrict easy sharing with phone app, but security is more important for me (unless quicken gives a $1 million non-breach warranty). So: Provide option to store QLH data on local machine with (optional) backup in Cloud (besides current Cloud-only option).

Export / Download From LifeHub Data Seems To Be Missing

An ability to export from the current online-only solution for LifeHub would make me feel more comfortable investing time inputing or uploading a lot of data. Currently, I'm not finding that functionality which gives pause for use. Any plans to offer some form of export/download capability?

QLH Referential Integrity

Quicken LifeHub needs to add referential integrity to all parent/child relationships. You should NOT be able to delete a parent object if it is related to one or more child objects. For instance, if one or more insurance policies (child) are related to a specific insurance company (parent) then I should not be able to delete the insurance company unless I first delete or change the insurance policies. Or at the very least I should get a warning that a relationship exists before allowing the delete. This is pretty much database design 101.

Document Scanner

A mobile app with a document scanner would allow the user to quickly scan documents directly into Lifehub at the point of use. Otherwise the user is stuck scanning stacks of documents naming, sorting and dragging to the upload box in LifeHub.

Add a date reminder to institutions

When you define a contact, there is an ability to set a reminder. When you define an institution, this capability is missing.

The reason you need this is for certain service providers. For example, I would want to set a reminder for an annual HVAC maintenance or tankless hot water system maintenance.

It would be valuable to add beneficiaries, contingent beneficiaries, and transfer on death (TOD) fields on financial accounts (and other accounts like homes, property, and autos, where applicable).

Moving Items from One Header to Another

I entered my marriage license into the "IDs" header bt then decided I wanted to move it to the "Legal, Wills & Trust" header. I was told by Customer Service that the only way to do that is delete the item in the "IDs" header and reload it into the header I want. You should be able to move items from one header to another without having to reenter everything. Please consider for future updates. Thanks.

Need Mobile App with Document Storage

Life Hub needs a mobile app for iOS and Android. One of the purported uses for LifeHub is to be able to access documents like auto insurance after an accident. But without an app that securely stores at least selected documents ON THE DEVICE, this still depends on having cell service when you need it. I like the structure of LifeHub and the ability to add other users but restrict their ability to view various documents. But I really want a solution that allows me to store at least some documents on my phone and have them available regardless of connectivity.
