        <description><![CDATA[<p>Had to post this for the sake of others, since I'm a software developer and I had to troubleshoot this one for a long time. If you cannot add your Tangerine account using the correct credentials, this is likely due to Quicken not mentioning that it won't accept certain special characters in your password that Tangerine will. Here are the steps to resolve:</p><ul><li>Log in to Tangerine and update your password to only include special characters the quicken accepts (tangerine requires at least 1 special character currently, I chose "$" as a safe one). Also very important: make sure the new password is 12-16 characters long. Personally, I chose an 11 character long alphanumeric password with a single $ present as the 12th character.</li><li>You will also likely hit an un-winnable race-condition after entering your now valid password, where you cannot verify it's you logging in on your mobile device fast enough before the request fails. To resolve: on your Tangerine mobile app, remove all "Trusted devices" (for me it was just my phone) which forces a text message verification instead which does not exhibit the race condition.</li></ul>]]>

I can see the money market position but the online cash balance includes the amount in FDZXX.</p><p>In a different account, I have an FZDXX position.  It does not show up in positions but I can see a reinvent dividend on 2/27/26 in the position.  Like the other account, the FZDXX position is included in the online cash balance.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>For the past few days my Marcus accounts have not been able to connect to Quicken Classic for Mac.</p><p>I’m getting this message: “Connectivity is no longer supported by Marcus at Goldman Sachs."</p><p>When I attempt to reconnect the accounts within Quicken, the interface is no longer listed for Marcus.</p><p>I called Marcus and they told me that the Quicken interfaces have NOT been turned off/deleted/terminated.  They said that there is no reason at their end why Quicken for Mac should not be able to connect to Marcus.</p><p>So I’m reaching out to Quicken on this.  </p><p>Any idea what is happening and when it will be resolved?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>(Quicken Classic for Mac)  In 2025 Merrill Lynch began moving cash  into a "sweep" account called "ML Direct Deposit PR …".   Merrill seems to have a daily process grouping together cash transactions and making one entry to move funds into "ML Direct Deposit".    Since this began, my cash balance in Quicken is incorrect.   I worked with support to make a one time transaction to correct the cash balance a month ago, but it is incorrect again.   It is now low by about  30%.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Golden 1 Credit Union upgraded their system on Saturday 2/21/2026 and now I'm unable to get connected.  Depending on which Golden 1 CU I choose when I start to setup the connection I get one of the 2 errors below.  I've tried disconnecting my accounts and creating a new connection but still couldn't get connected.  I did wait 24 hours and checked that their new system was up and running.  I'm able to get onto their website and use the new app.  I reported the error to Quicken regarding the FDP-163 error using the "Report Errors" link showing in the first image. </p><p>Edit:  The last image shows the selections when setting up the connection.  The one under "Other possible results" gave me the FDP-163 error.  The one listed first under "Matching results" gave me the second error and the commercial one did too.  I never connected to the commercial one.         <description><![CDATA[<p>While the issue of MetLife life insurance accounts reporting total value (instead of cash-only value) was never solved, the IRA value WAS updating properly at the same time. </p><p>Now, I cannot connect to MetLife accounts at all! I am receiving FDP-102 error on both IRA and Life Insurance accounts for both my wife and myself… for the past 2 weeks.</p><p>NOTE: I have tried to create a NEW Quicken File and log in to only ONE of the accounts as a test: The result is that while I was able to create the account, once it was set up, I received the same message saying that "Quicken could not connect…."         <description><![CDATA[<p>I downloaded 8.5.0 to try the new "minimum due" feature and see if it fixed another problem I had. After tinkering, it didn't address the second problem[1], so I decided to restore from backup from before I started tinkering. It asked me to reset the Quicken Cloud file, so that I had to re-link my accounts and eBills, but none of my accounts will link to eBill, even though it says that linking was successful.<br /><br />
This is affecting all my accounts that were previously linked.<br /><br />

I get the following message:</p><p>Multifactor authentication failed</p><p>This connection failed, and will not update:</p><p>Achieva Credit Union (terryzee) - Error FDP-101 (CP_SCRIPT_ERROR - org.son.JSONException:</p><p>JSONObject "Cookies"] is not a JSONArray (class org.json.JSONObject$Null : null).)</p><p>To retry the failed connection, you'll need to start a new update.</p><p>Also in Connection Status in Quicken, it says:</p><p>We were unable to connect to Achieva Credit Union.  Please try again later.  If this issue persists, contact Quicken Care and report this error code and institution name. (FDP-101)</p><p>I contacted my credit union and they said I needed to contact Quicken Support.  I contacted Quicken Support and they told me to contact my credit union.  They then told me to wait a day and see if it worked.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm unable to connect my Honda Finance account with Quicken Mac.  I noticed that a possible cause for the "website unavailable" is because the URL has changed and you're still using an old one.</p><p>Your login/connect screen is showing the wrong URL for Honda Finance login (i.e. hondafinancialservices.com) [See circled yellow URL in screenshot].  If you go to that URL in a browser, you’ll notice it redirects you to honda.americanhondafinance.com.  I suspect the inability to find your site is because you’re using the wrong URL.         <description><![CDATA[<p>Having downloaded Schwab's monthly report of transactions from my investment account, and seeing them correctly entered into the transaction screen of my Quicken Mac program, when I go to the Portfolio report it does not include one of the transactions I know is included in the transaction report.  If I then enter the transaction manually, same result.  A long time yesterday with a Quicken Help technician did not produce a solution.  Anyone have any suggestion?🤔</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>In the latest version, once you get an overdue bill showing payment past due date in red, paying, skipping or trying any other activity will not allow the Bills &amp; Income Screen to properly update.  An example is skipping an overdue bills (with no payment due).  The screen fails to update, and any additional clicking of "skip" will increment the next due date of the bill "behind the scenes".  That updated date is not reflected in the Bills &amp; Income Screen.  Similarly, paying an overdue bill will put the correct information in the registers, but fails to update the screen.  Only solution currently is to delete the series and re-connect.</p>]]>
