        <title>Anyone have a functioning Wells Fargo Credit Card eBill and account register?</title>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Here's the story:</p><p>For the longest time Wells Fargo Visa would not work as my Checking is Direct Connect (and MUST stay that way for Wells bill pay) and the Visa required Quicken Connect.</p><p>A few months ago I chatted several with a great support person who pointed me to Wells Fargo Credit rather than the Wells Fargo bank to activate downloads for the Visa and it worked like a charm! My memory being what it is, it might have been <em>Wells Fargo Card Services, </em> but I think credit.<br /><br />
A week ago or so, Quicken reported I need to reconnect to Wells Visa and I did. Its odd, that to do that I had to also check my checking (which is direct connect) and the check box could NOT be cleared. Pre-checked for me. I reconnected and linked to existing for the Visa.<br /><br />
Then EVERY new CHECKING transaction ALSO showed in my VISA register!!! I had to keep deleting them. Really. A Paid check, new deposit - all duplicated in the Visa register.<br /><br />
So I disconnected the VIsa, went to reconnect and again, cannot uncheck the Checking when trying to reconnect the Visa under Wells Fargo <strong>Credit</strong>. And I also cannot link to existing any longer.</p><p>Checking seems to be working just fine and is Direct Connect. My hunch: Wells did something odd and for Credit Cards have them incorrectly linked with Checking and this all happened with their required "reconnect accounts".</p><p>Anyone having this work right now? Especially if Checking Direct and Credit Card Quicken Connect? And if so for credit card, what is that connected to for online services?</p><p>Thanks. </p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Is there anyone currently getting their online bill since the new biller ?</p><p>If so, what are you using for the Payee?</p><p>Prior to this, I used Elan Financial Services, or more accurately Transfer:[Elan Financial Services (Fidelity Visa XXXXXX)] or something close. hard to see it now, but you get the idea.</p><p>Now using Transfer:[Fidelity Visa XXXXXX]</p><p>As you can see, I am overdue get a new bill and it oddly shows a Minimum due, yet no Amount Due. Or date due. It should have appeared 4-5 days ago.</p><p>Have I selected a wrong payee? If you ARE functioning, please share what your payee is set to!         <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p><p>I'm using Premier 8.4.2 on a Mac OS 26.2.  All of my bills are manual bills, so on the Bills &amp; Income tab I usually filter for Manual Bills.  Today I removed all filters and discovered that one of my bills has a Green $ icon in the type column.  Hovering over the icon shows "Bill Pay".  If I then filter for for Bill Pay Bills, it shows up there on its own.</p><p>I've looked through the discussions on this and find several posts claiming this was a bug that was fixed back on version 5.XX.</p><p>Is there a way to remove this incorrect type so all of my bills will show up as manual bills?  I tried editing all instances by making a few changes and saving, but this didn't save the problem.  I've been using Quicken for a few years now, but I am new to Quicken on the Mac.</p><p>Thanks for any suggestions you may have!</p><p>Larry</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Windows version for years has allowed the scheduled bill for a credit card to be projected based upon the current balance.  Mac version does not, and still does not give that as on option even with the current 8.5.1 release.  New features are touted in the update "what's new" screens such as the average amount over a period of time, the amount from 1 year ago etc and even notes current balance.  But when you go to transaction to edit it, the current balance option is not available.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I have several manual bills with splits that are enrolled in the payee's autopay. The scheduled payment amount, and the splits, are fixed amounts. When I receive the actual bill I can edit the total amount, but not the splits. Editing the instance only allows me to change the total amount of the bill. This causes an Uncategorized amount equal to the difference between the scheduled amount and the actual amount to be automatically entered which I have to remember to go back and change after the fact. Why can't I edit the splits for the pending bill prior to the payment date without editing all the instances of the bill? </p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I have ebillls that I used to be able to connect to, but I am no longer able to connect to. I consider that a downgrade in service. If this has anything to do with the other companies, then Quicken needs to get on the ball to get these companies back on board. It’s not nice to offer services and increase prices and then take away the services. I suggest fixing the issue or lowering the prices. I really would like this issue fixed. <p>Above this Wells Fargo bill has not yet been grabbed. When it is 3 will change to Feb 28th. But I never see anything in that first column 1 (what IS that called) where I might expect to see an indicator and 2-activity - seems to only have an indication when a bill has been paid. Not when arrived,</p><p>Am I missing an easy way to tell when a new bill has been updated here?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I'd like to link to my Xcel Energy account and receive eBills. </p><p>Here is what I've done so far:</p><ul><li>I created a biller named named Xcel Energy. </li><li>I clicked on "Link eBill", located Xcel Energy,  and entered the account information on the form, making sure it matched the information on my most recent statement.</li><li>I clicked "continue" and entered payment and schedule information.</li><li>I submitted the request</li></ul><p>I've done this twice. What I've noticed:</p><ul><li>I<strong>t never asked me to log into my account.</strong> </li></ul><p>How can it enroll me for eBills without authenticating me? That missing piece might be why enrollment is failing. </p><p>I'm on macOS 26.2 and Quicken Classic 8.4.1.  I have  7 other eBill enrollments that are working, only Xcel Energy is failing to enroll.</p><p></p><p>Help!</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Just moved over from Windows Quicken to Mac Quicken and the scheduled bills work totally different and caused me to miss a planned payment due to a mismatch with my checking account.  I had a scheduled payment on 1/28 for Discovercard, and when I updated my checking account, Quicken Classic matched a 1/22 checking transaction with just the same dollar amount at Publix to my future discover card scheduled payment.  Since I am new to Mac Quicken, I did not catch the mismatch and missed a payment to Discover.  In Windows Quicken the future bills were not part of the check register until I paid them which posted them to my check register.  Therefore It never made this kind of error in matching transactions.   Is there a way to better handle this to keep the scheduled bills from being in my check register until I mark them as paid?  Or, a way to force a better match of downloaded check account transactions?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Could not find an open topic, starting one again.</p><p>We do not get updates on Billers being added. No information at all which I find a slight to customers who have lost functionality. Lots of talk and disappointment previously on that.</p><p>Today I shopped Auto Insurance as renewal is up. Turns out a better deal elsewhere so changed companies. Was absolutely amazed GEICO is not a supported biller! The list for me and some others is more bills not supported than are. Several that are supported do not work. Several that were with the old biller are no longer. Several extremely popular billers like GEICO, Netflix, Hulu, Adobe - ghosts.</p><p>I think attention to this needs to be kicked up more than a notch. Still dumbfounded no Geico.<br /><br />
There does not seem to be a single topic where users can request billers to be added. I and others suggested that several times. Feel free to add to this as far as I am concerned. Perhaps we are not being vocal enough?</p>]]>

I have said before and will say again one has to squint to see a new bill. NO visual indication a new bill arrived. No color, box, button. not on top. Nope. But, it came in wrong for the first time in MY experience.</p><p>It is using the last amount paid instead of the amount set in the series which is 0.00.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm using Quicken Classic Deluxe v8.3.3 on MacOS Tahoe.</p><p>I have several scheduled bills set up in Bills &amp; Income. Right now, the only way I know I have upcoming bills is if I go to the Home screen, Bills &amp; Income screen, or the related account's register.</p><p>Several years ago I distinctly remember having pop-ups announcing I have a bill payment due. The reminder would appear prominently, regardless of what Quicken screen I happened to be looking at. In other words, if I had a credit card payment due Quicken would notify me without having to go looking for the reminder.</p><p>I looked in the help topics and can only find instructions on how to enter a new bill reminder but there is no mention of an option to see it in a pop-up</p>]]>

If I change it to show reminders for the next 60 days, it shows up as a scheduled payment on December 15. What's up with that???</p>]]>
