I have uploaded both Apple pages and Apple numbers documents. I also have uploaded Microsoft Word an Microsoft Excel documents. I am unable to preview any of these files I get a pop up message that says preview is not available for this Document. The only way to view the document is to download it. Does anyone know what file types LifeHub will preview. Also it would be nice if the contact section would accept a VCF file type reentering all your contact info is labour intensive and subject to errors

QLH Trust as Policy Owner

i have a life insurance policy that has a trust as its owner. the trust is defined in QLH but I cannot select it as the owner in the insurance Page (can only chose a contact).

Can the filter be removed so one can chose a policy owner from "all" items not just contacts?

How will it be able to connect to my Quicken accounts? Do I have to enable Web/Online in Quicken?

Now Web/Online question. I have a Treasury Direct account, but I can't make it sync with Web/Online. Any way to achieve this?

Upon reviewing the release notes, I noticed that there have been numerous monthly updates until April 2025. Could you please clarify if there have been no updates in more than three months or if they are simply not publicly published? I conducted a search in Life Hub but was unable to locate a version number.

I am interested in quicken life hub. Is the data that I load into life hub stored locally or in the cloud?

Unable to connect Windows Quicken Classic to Lifehub

Just signed up for Lifehub trial. I log in with the same uid/pw to both systems. I followed the steps to connect classic to lifehub, but am not seeing the options to complete this task as posted in the steps. Steps state to use same ID, be on at least R55.xx and it should just work.

Early access means unpaid UAT?

It seems that this is not a finished product ready for early access by real users. I was told "this is a new product, there could be some issues". No kidding. Suggest you complete some proper user acceptance testing, fix everything UAT finds, then ask us to have a look. My current experience does not give me confidence this could be a useful reliable product.

Does LifeHub Support Household Inventories?

Quicken used to have a household inventory application which I loved. Does LifeHub support an inventory application? Or, is there a way that one can at least upload photos or videos of one's possessions in some organized way?

Numerous Errors Entering / Updating Data

For the past few days, I have been attempting to add / update data in LifeHub. However, due to errors "Oh no! Apologies, but we're experiencing difficulties sending your data." the product is not usable. I have tried different computers (Windows 11), different browsers (Chrome & Edge) and the QLH extension. Once an error occurs within an item, the errors continue. Sometimes retries allows for a word or two be added but then again it only allows for a few characters.

Hopefully this is an issue on the QLH server and not a corruption of my data.

While importing contacts from iCloud, I noticed that birthdays were not imported, likely due to date format compatibility issues in LifeHub. Additionally, the ‘Role’ or ‘Relation’ field does not allow custom entries — for example, I can’t add ‘brother’ instead of selecting ‘sibling’ from the dropdown. This should be addressed

Customizing Custom?

Is there a way to change the name of Custom once you create it as a category? I would think someone who has access to your account would have no idea what's in there. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to delete the category once it's created. I suggest there be a way to do it. Not everyone has pets, for example.

So far, I’m liking LifeHub—it’s intuitive and seems to organize everything well. That said, I do have some concerns about the security side of things. After uploading highly sensitive personal information—like copies of my birth certificate, Social Security numbers, and other key documents—I expected stronger security protocols.

Right now, their main method of account verification appears to be sending a code via email, which is one of the weakest forms of two-factor authentication. At a minimum, they should offer more robust options, such as support for authenticator apps (like Google Authenticator or Authy) or even hardware-based security keys like YubiKey. For a platform handling such critical personal data, stronger authentication measures should be standard, not optional.

Quicken Lifehub Security Flaw

Hi everyone,

I wanted to flag a potential security issue I’ve noticed with Quicken Lifehub. When using the application, closing the browser or tab does not automatically sign you out. Unless you manually click “Sign Out,” your session remains active—even after exiting.

This could be a serious concern, especially considering how much sensitive information Lifehub stores (e.g., financial data, passwords, insurance details). If someone forgets to sign out and later shares or loses access to their device, anyone could open Lifehub and have full access.

It would be much safer if Lifehub automatically ended the session on browser close or after a short period of inactivity. Most secure applications follow this standard to protect users from unintended access.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior? Hoping Quicken considers adding automatic sign-out features in a future update.

Connecting LifeHub with Multiple Quicken Files

Quicken for Mac. I have two separate quicken files, one for me and one for my wife. I am able to have lifehub connect to my file and import data. However, it seems that Lifehub cannot connect to my wife's file and import her data.

Can Lifehub connect to multiple quicken files? If so, how can it be done?

And this is why everything I would put into this "application" would have to be encrypted and password protected individual files… at least I would if I planned to use it. But since I can't actually organize my important things the way I want to, only in a single level of folders I create myself from scratch or in the limited categories they offer you, I'm putting in for a refund now. Come on guys, you did such a great job turning Quicken around (though it's still missing crypto support which continues to make my life [Removed - Language] using workarounds) - why can't you do these other things well??? Invite me back when you do. Until then, I'm voting with my wallet.

QuickenLifeHub - Locks up when you upload a PW protected PDF. [Edited]

As if I needed more reasons to cancel this subscription…

I go into the ID section, create a new item for a passport, upload a PW-locked Encrypted PDF [Removed - Disruptive], and click the back button to go back to the dashboard. Then i click on the item to open it, and because it can't generate a preview without access to the document, it prompts for the password.

Now, I'm not about to give you the password (because this is just a web app made to look like a desktop app, as we've already proven by the fact that my Chrome extensions have access to the data within QLH in my previous post), so I try to cancel out of the dialog box that asks for the password. Well, I cant. It's locked up the entire app. Have to kill the application to get out of it.

I've tried SO HARD to be able to use this securely and practically, and it's just a total fail on all accounts. [Removed - Rant/Disruptive]
