I have 3 brokerage accounts & I would like to view & sort the information in Excel for graphing & performance tracking. Can this be done from Quicken (Investment tab)?

If you go to the portfolio view and press Ctrl-P you can select Export to and select a tab delimited file that Excel can read.

You can also generate investment reports and export from there.

All the reports are exportable to Excel from the report itself, so if you can get the data you want shown in a report, you should be good to go.
    -splasher  using Q since 1996 -  Subscription  -  Win10
-also older versions as needed for testing
