Please add the capability to make a tag report! It seems from looking at all the old post that this has been requested for quite a while from your clients.

If you are using QMac2015 or 2016 you can create a category report for any given Tag.
Use the Category Summary Report and customize fto include desired Tag(s).

I want to get a tag report, WITHOUT using the category.

Which is one of the options of the columnar report listed as Job/Project in QM2007...
Select the rows to be Classes (tags) and the columns = none.
FYI, I just pointed out this report to @Marcus in the link above regarding the columnar report.

@Marcus, that is the flexibility of the design in QM2007. If you have not already, please look at that design.

Click the link above to go take a look at the list and vote for the ones you want to see implemented in Quicken for Mac. 

Be sure to scroll down the page, as some contain lists of related features.  Click on the link to EACH IDEA separately. Then you click the VOTE button at the top of EACH page that opens up respectively to increase the count and therefore its visibility to the developers

If you do not click VOTE at the top of the page of each feature, your vote will NOT be counted for THAT feature!

It turns out that this type of report is simply a subset or application of a Columnar report, subtotaled and sorted by tag, with a single column subtotal, as described here.

To make sure your vote from here gets counted in, you can add your VOTE for the  Columnar report.

You also want to add your vote to each of the components that make up the essential related report features described here.

First, click on each underlined link above to go there, then click VOTE at the top of THAT page, so your will vote count for THAT feature and increase its visibility to the developers.

For this and many other reports, it will also be VERY beneficial to allow drilling down to see what is in the particular month THAT APPLIES TO THAT TAG.  Then being able to go back to the original report.  It seems the current QM2017 Tag report may go the month, but does not limit the view to only the Tag that was clicked.  And then the return or back selection only goes to a different month, not back to the original report.

Yes, this IDEA has been implemented in QM2017 v4.5, released April 2017, as per the 2017 Release Notes.
