But the BOLD #'s are the subtotals of the items below it, e.g. Income Salary $,26362.15 is the subtotal of all the items below it of Border Books, Converse, Lidstone, and Wenck, and expense for Automobile $965.23 is the subtotal of Fuel, License and Maintenance. If that is not what you are looking for, please clarify...
I'm looking for a subtotal by row for the date range specified. That way I could see total income earned from Borders or Converse over that time frame, not just for a particular year.
So are you looking to be able to specify the date range or are you looking to drill down to see the details behind the numbers? Not sure I am clear. The totals presented are only for the dates shown on the report.
We can already specify the date range which is great. I would like to be able to drill down into the details as you've suggested elsewhere. In this instance, I'd just like to see a total for each row (say fuel) for all of the years listed in the report. So for the picture above, $321+802 for 1995-1996. Does that make sense?
AH...got it now...you are talking about subtotal per row, horizontally on the far right hand side, not the vertical subtotal. doh!!! Not sure why I misunderstood that.
Yes. That summary is accurate.
And the third one is already part of the Report Formatting Options.
