The default font is a little small, the use large font option is too big, having a use medium font option would be great.

If you're talking about adjusting the Font style or size in Bank Account Registers ...
    Simply go to Edit
/ Preferences / Register with a bank account register open on screen.
Click the Fonts button to try different fonts, styles or sizes. After you made your selection click OK and the register in the background will show the effect of your change.
Click the Colors button to change the color scheme used in your registers.

This only works for Bank account registers, not investment accounts.

On the tool bar, under view there is an option for large fonts that applies universally, but no option for medium font.  We would like a universal medium font to the next version.  Thanks

Offer Medium Fonts in View, not just Larger Fonts. Also, font size and icon size should be independent of each other

Ah, not a bad idea. I will vote for such enhancement.

Font style and size used to display text in Quicken windows for everything other than banking account registers is a function of your settings in the Windows Control Panel for your display screen. There you can decide how big or small to display text in all Windows applications.

Depending on which Quicken version you use you may want to try this, too:

Font size problems? Display issues? (Windows)

    Close Quicken

Check the Compatibility tab settings in your Quicken Desktop program icon:

    In the Windows Start
Menu right-click the Quicken icon. Select "Open File Location". This
brings up a Windows File Explorer window. Right-click the highlighted Quicken
    shortcut line item.

    or

Go to the traditional Windows Desktop and right-click the Quicken program icon.

    Now click
    Properties.

    Select the
    Compatibilities tab.

    Uncheck all
    settings.

    Windows 7, 8.1:
Check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".

    Windows 10:  Check "Override high
DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:" and select
    "Application"

Be sure to uncheck the "Run this program in compatibility mode for [older
    Windows version]" setting.

Click the "Change settings for all users" button.

    Click Apply and exit.

Start Quicken and see if that makes a difference.

    Some additional
    tuning suggestions:

Try setting the bank account registers to use a different font style or size:
in Edit / Preferences / Register click the Fonts button and try different
    fonts.

Try adjusting the bank account registers' row height: in Edit / Preferences /
Register choose among the available Row Height choices: Compact, Comfortable or
    Standard

I need display white on bold black with font size that can be read easily. like this message.  On my accounts list for accounts, the printing is so light blue and can not increase font side to read even with a magnifying glass.  I have the current product.

Have you tried View | Large Fonts?

I agree with many of the posts that the font size is too small, however the "use large fonts" under view makes them too big... could we please have a middle size between the two?
