Elan Web Connect from QUicken is broken

Windows 7 Pro, Quicken Deluxe 2015

Since Elan Express Web Connect no longer works, I deactivated the online connection to Quicken and did a transaction download from Elan to Quicken to establish a Web Connect link.
That worked successfully.

However, whenever I select the lightning bolt icon to download transacations for the Elan account, I get the following error in the browser:


404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.



It appears that the website Quicken configured from the web connect transaction download is incorrect.

So, pretty much the only way to download credit card transactions from Elan is to avoid using the Quicken download icon.

Quicken Web Connect basically provides a link to a browser to access the account website.
Quicken Web Express Connect is a script that performs the web login behind the scenes so that it looks like its all happening in Quicken.
The link that Quicken supplies for Quicken Web connect for Elan is wrong.

I have a round about way of getting my Elan to my Quicken. I have a Fidelity credit card thru Elan. I go to my fidelity account click on the credit card then click on download transactions and it downloads to quicken. So I basically come in from the opposite direction. Instead of asking quicken to download I ask Fidelity to download. I've called Elan on this several times and they say they still don't have the ability to do a direct connect with quicken It this has worked for me for about a year now.

I was finally able to get Express Web Connect transactions downloads in Quicken for Elan working .
