Resolution 5/3/17: Errors (Unable to verify or OL-301) updating accounts after converting from Quick

Some users who have recently upgraded to Quicken Windows 2017 from Quicken Windows 2014 may receive an error message that Quicken is "Unable to verify the financial institution" or an OL-301 error.

In Quicken 2017:
  1. Go to Tools > Online Center.
  2. Hold Ctrl + Shift keys and click on Contact Info at the top of the window.
  3. Select the account name that is returning the error.
  4. Select the Refresh Branding & Profile checkbox and click the Refresh button.
  5. Click the Update/Send button in the top right of the window.
  6. When this process completes, try your import/update again.
If this process works for one account, but not all accounts, you may need to perform this process on each bank you track in your Quicken file.
