Can't set up One Step Update for Express Web Connect R12

Premier Members Credit Union can't set up One Step update for Express Web Connect. When getting to accounts list on One Step Update screen, all accounts show "Unknown Type" and 'Ignore". The CU says everything on their end is ok!!?? Qkn 2016 Premier R12. I still think it's something on CU side though....what??
