Known Issue with Wells Fargo and Quicken Windows: Syncing with Mobile App causes a CC-501 or account

Due to the types of connection credentials Wells Fargo requires, users may experience an error when attempting to sync their Wells Fargo account to Quicken Mobile.

If you try to update your Wells Fargo accounts in Quicken Mobile, you may see that your account balance and transactions don't update, though you may not see an error.  If you experience this, please update your Wells Fargo accounts in Quicken Desktop, then sync to your mobile app to get the latest transactions.

If you try to sync Wells Fargo accounts from Quicken Desktop to your mobile device, you may see a CC-501 error.  We're working with Wells Fargo to fix this issue as quickly as possible.
