Until your wish comes true ...
I use Quicken for Windows and in situations like that I always use distinct Payee Names if I have the same biller that I need to send different payments to, e.g.,
ACME Insurance {House}
ACME Insurance {Auto}That makes it easy to select the correct Reminder.
It also makes it possible to have separate mailing addresses stored in the Address Book if needed. The use of {curly braces} around a portion of the Payee Name comes in handy when you print checks. Text within the braces is not printed in the "Pay order of" field on a check but prints and displays everywhere else.

Thanks UKR, I can give that a try.
And to Quicken Dave, I'm using 2018 Home & Business for Win. v R30 -
I'd like to see this feature added as well. [removed]0

I have the same need and would like to see this added to the Mac version.0

Currently, only payee and category are shown in the list of upcoming bills. This can make it difficult to recognize a specific bill sometimes, e.g. I have more than one bill from my mobile provider and they all look the same.
In the details of the bill there actually is a memo field, so it would be very helpful if this could be shown as a column in the list. Or even better would be to be able to customize the columns for the view. Now there's no possibility to do that.0 -
There is a long ago feature you might find handy.
You can include text enclosed in curly brackets in the payee name to include some additional info about the payee. The text and curly braces are not printed or transmitted to the bank.
So so you could have something like Verizon {John's cell} and Verizon {Mary's cell}, making it easy to tell which bill is which.Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.

Thanks, good workaround!0

In the Bills & Income Tab each Bill entry displays its Category under the Bill name. I'd rather see the MEMO. How can I make this change?0

Hello, thank you for reaching out in the community today. Though a memo can be added to both an online and manual bill, it will not show in the field under the bill icon. Only the category and subcategory will be listed here.

Thank you Diana for the Quick reply. Can you forward this to Quicken/Quicken Bill Manager software developers for consideration as an improvement?0

kmckinnon, you can create custom categories if that helps. That's what I do to work around the missing memo under Bills and Income.

Hello @kmckinnon,
Thank you for bringing this to the attention of the Community!
I went ahead and merged your post with an ongoing Idea for this same feature request. Our developer's review Idea threads to get an idea of what people would like Quicken to offer.
Be sure to add your vote by clicking on the gray triangle right above the current vote count, located in the blue box at the beginning of this thread:Thank you,

This feature seems to have been implemented now. I am seeing both category and memo (where used) under each item on the Bills & Income tab.
