    Hi Diane.

I would be happy to help you get things reset with the help of some troubleshooting steps.

    1) Click on the account that you need to change.
    2) Click on the settings button on the bottom right hand side of the screen:

    3) Click on Troubleshooting and choose "Deactivate Downloads":

    4) Click on Settings, and then choose "Set Up Transaction Download"
    5) Choose your bank and then click Continue.
    6) Login with your bank credentials.

    Hope this helps.

    Respectfully,
    ~ Quicken Harold.

And for some FIs there may be a Change Password button right there in the At Your Financial Institution section of the account settings screen.

Thank you, Quicken Harold. It worked on the 3rd try.
Can I provide some feedback? It would be really helpful to have a simple "update password" button available in the settings, so the user doesn't have to go through this complicated process to update passwords in order to download transactions. Please include this improvement in a future Quicken update. Thank you.
