Quicken Bill Pay issues

Purchased Quicken Premier 2018-Supposed to get Free Quicken BillPay. Quicken Bill Pay keeps charging. They refuse to credit my checking account even after promises to do so.

    Also, be aware that Quicken only includes the first 15 transactions in a billing period (not a calendar month) for free with some editions of Quicken. If you have more, there are additional charges.

    Thanks for the feedback. I was aware of the "first 15" free....Bill Pay doe snot seem to want to honor the first 15. I've called seven times....each time I'm promised a credit....all I get is a $ 9.95 charge the next month.....Very sinister behavior.

    Hi Mike,

    Unfortunately, they are the only ones who can administer refunds fro Quicken Bill Pay. We have no control over them, so we don't have the ability to push a refund.

    Thanks, Harold........until then, I suggest that Quicken not promote as "free"...when Bill Pay does not agree with "free". Very misleading.

    Quicken Bill Pay is horrible.  In my opinion, you will never get a refund from them.  Their 'support' people are not knowledgeable at all, they waste your time, and if they offer to pass your problem along to a manager, the manager will simply send you an email saying your request is being denied, because you own the money billed.

    In my opinion, Quicken should not associate themselves with such a shady and questionable company as Quicken Bill Pay.  I have been a loyal Quicken user for over 25 years and have used Quicken Bill Pay for close to 10 years.  I am discontinuing the use of both Quicken and Quicken Bill Pay due to my horrible experience with Quicken Bill Pay.  They do not believe in customer service and try to blame their customers for their own mistakes.  I do not understand why Quicken would associate with a company that uses such shady billing practices.  I am 'voting with my feet' and leaving both companies behind.

    The comment from Quicken Harold, Official Rep is rather pathetic, in my opinion.  Quicken obviously contracts with Quicken Bill Pay, or licenses the Quicken name to, "Quicken Bill Pay".  Yet Quicken refuses to take any responsibility on how Quicken Bill Pay treats its customers.  

    Quicken leads their loyal customers to the slaughter by associating themselves with  Quicken Bill Pay, then declares, "We have no control over Quicken Bill Pay!".  That is complete BS and a cop-out on the part of Quicken.
