Optum Bank FSA - Not Connecting - AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (FI_TIMEOUT:ccscrape.102)

Can No Longer download transactions from Optum Bank.  Have done all of the login troubleshooting.  Was fine until recently then I start getting the Aggregator 102 error.  Mac OS 10.13.5, Quicken Premier 2018 v5.6.3 build 56.22447.100

    Welcome to the Quicken Community!  Thank you for taking the time to share the details of this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    If you are still receiving this error and have not already, I would recommend reviewing https://www.quicken.com/support/error-101-102-or-103-while-adding-account-quicken-mac.

    If the error still persists after following those steps, please contact Quicken Support so they may look into this further.

    I still have this problem, nothing seems to solve it.  Also seeing similar issues for Pentagon Federal Credit Union frequently.

    Hello Doug. Appreciate your question.

    There is an ongoing issue with Optum Bank in regards to downloading transactions or waiting for long periods of time to receive a response. 

    There is currently an issue with OPTUM Bank blocking Quicken. This is a known issue and is currently being worked on at this time. 
    Customers should be advised to allow time for resolution and try their accounts every 24/48 hours.

    What errors are you getting with Pentagon FCU?

    This issue has been going on for seems like a long time now, why can't you all get these issues resolved?

    Go re-read the very 1st sentence in the link that Tyka provided.
    Quicken can do NOTHING to resolve this error, as it's an Optum screw-up that Optum needs do fix.
    Go bug them to get it fixed.
