Use of mobile quicken from a foreign country

Hello, I am a quicken 2018 subscriber that have been using Quicken since 1996. I am currently located in Spain and I am unable to get the mobile quicken app from Google Play since the app configuration prevents downloading from a foreign country. Is there an alternative? What is the reason for this restriction? I would expect that you treat desktop and mobile users with the same policies and so far as a desktop user I am allowed to install Quicken even if I live outside US and Canada..

QMobile only supports US and Canadian FI/Banks so is only available via US and CA Google Play and Mac App Store.
