Quicken Connect still in trouble?

Anyone else seeing SOME of their checking account transactions being reported in Quicken? I am having this problem with Quicken Premier 2018 for Mac Ver 5.7.2, and have for some months using Connection Type = Quicken Connect.  It didn't happen during recent Quicken Connect outage during the previous week.

Support had me recreate a new checking account, but it still happened afterward.

    Which bank(s) are you having issues downloading from?

    The bank is First Bank of Colorado, and the accounts are checking and the banks Visa card.  The two so far unaffected are both savings and don't include very many debits.  So far none of my account credits have been duplicated.

    Change to Direct Connect. Way fewer problems reported than with Quicken connect.

    I did Wednesday, but then downloaded a duplicate in my checking Thursday.
