RESOLVED 9/10/2018: Wells Fargo Returning CC-502/102 or CC-505/105 when Adding or Updating Accounts

Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac users are reporting the inability to import transactions from Wells Fargo when attempting to add an account for the first time, or when attempting to update/download new transactions.

Wells Fargo had recent issues they confirmed were resolved (see this announcement for more: https://getsatisfaction.com/quickencommunity/topics/new-08-30-2018-error-101-181-when-updating-or-ad...), however it appears they are still running maintenance based on the latest error being reported. We are currently working with them to determine an ETA for resolution, and apologize for any inconvenience in the interim.

    We are continuing to work with Wells Fargo to resolve multiple errors/issues when updating or adding accounts in Quicken for Windows and Mac with Wells Fargo Bank.

    At this time we do not have an ETA on when the issues will be resolved but our teams are hard at work to resolve all errors as soon as possible and apologize for the continued inconvenience.

    RESOLVED - 11/28/2018

    We have received notification that errors CC-502/102, CC-505/105 or OL-301-A (when sending payments with Wells Fargo Bill Pay services) have been marked as resolved and all accounts should now be able to be added or updated successfully.

    If errors do persist, please search the error code/message in the Quicken Help Articles (https://www.quicken.com/support/) for the specific troubleshooting steps for the error being received or reach out to Quicken Support for additional troubleshooting assistance.
