Contacts Import from MS Outlook for Office 365 MSO (16.0) 64-BIT shows empty in Quicken H&B 2018 Can

Pretty straight forward.

Exported contacts into .CSV from Outlook.

Tried to import the .CSV into Quicken.

No records.

Even under ALL GROUPS.

Zero.

Even resaved the .CSV file in Excel in MS-DOS CSV and UTF-8 CSV.

Anyone?

During the import process, did you correctly map all the fields in the CSV file to the matching Address Book fields?
IIRC, this can be tricky ...

The CSV format is "Comma Separated Values", and that is all it defines, how to separate the data.
It says nothing about what columns need to be there for a given use in what order or any other formatting about the data.

Quicken will not just automatically know how the MS Outlook data  is formatted.
Unfortunately I have no idea what format Quicken uses, and I couldn't find an article showing it.
I also don't have the H&B version and as such can't import addresses to try things.

If there is an export of addresses to a CSV file, that would be what I would look at to see what the proper format is.

I used the default mappings but if First Name and Last name at the very least don't work, then I say B U G !

    Overview

The 64-bit version of Microsoft Outlook does not allow you to send invoices via email, or sync your bills, Address Book, and calendar reminders in Quicken 2017 or older.  This issue does not affect the 2018 Release of Quicken.

Therefore there should be no problem!

Quicken has built in default mappings that you can customize. I used the default mappings and then was going to go in and customize to my liking but 0 records imported.
