    Quicken Customer Service by phone is available for free if you have a currently supported version of Quicken, see this webpage:

    The "premium" support option (which jumps you up the queue, it’s not a separate support operation with different staff) is available either by paying an annual fee or by purchasing a membership which includes it, such as Quicken Premier. There’s no difference in the service you’ll receive by using the one included with Premier rather than the one you pay an annual fee for.

    Premium Tech Support from Quicken is included in the Membership Fee for Premier and Home, Business and Rental Property versions.

    Premium Tech Support is available for $49.99 for the Quicken Deluxe Version as an Add-on Service.

    There was one other "minor" point about the difference between the phone number given for premium support over the one on the standard contact page.  The premium support number is toll free, the one on the support page isn't.
