This error message keeps popping up after clicking the Sync Now button on Quicken desktop (Windows, very latest version; 2019 R14.27).

    Have you tried logging out and then "logging in as a different user" (using your current Quicken ID)? Go into Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID, Mobile and Alerts.

    No so I just tried that. After re-logging in, proceeded to setup Sync. After several minutes, same error. No joy.

    If you haven't done
    so already, I'd say it's time to chat with Quicken Support or call them on the
    phone and request help.

    Receiving the following error message: Using Quicken 2016 R18.4.  Sync is going to my phone but inputs on the phone are not coming to the desktop.
