Quick on the Web is missing accounts

I have 33 active accounts in my Quicken for Windows file. When I go to the new Quicken on the Web I only see 12 of them. Additionally, the balance of my checking account in Quicken-Web is about double what it is in the desktop version. I have clicked the refresh button in Quicken-Web and I have run One-Step-Update on the desktop version.
