Users are reporting receiving a OL-297-A or "Oops, it's not your fault" error message/code when adding or updating accounts in Quicken for Windows and Mac using the Direct Connect connection method.

Chase is likely undergoing security upgrades or website maintenance as they are blocking connections from Quicken, resulting in these errors. Unfortunately, this is not something we can resolve on our end, so please allow 1-2 business days and attempt your download again. If you would like additional details or an estimated time frame for resolution, please contact Chase directly.

Thank you!
