Chase Bank OL-332-A issue

For the past several weeks, I have gotten an OL-332-A code (login information is incorrect) when trying to update my accounts in Quicekn. I tried the "report a problem" link in the software when it first started a few weeks ago, but nothing has happened to date. I know for a fact that the user name and password I provided for Chase Bank is correct. I have also in the month of August, done some kind of authentication of my account to allow me to download my information to Quicken.
As of tonight, 28 Oct, I called Chase, and they affirmed that my information with them is correct.
Please advise on way ahead to update my accounts. I have three cards with Chase, and they account for the majority of my spending, so they are critical for managing my finances.
