File Copy does not work

I am trying to remedy a situation where my reminders are no longer auto posting. I have tried the file/validate routine and I keep getting the message in the log that "Quicken found a damaged scheduled reminder and removed it." Even if I run the validation repeatedly. (Note to Quicken: It would be helpful if the log included the name of the reminder that was supposedly deleted). Validation found no other errors except for some possible missing stock splits.
Following the recommendation in one of the community's postings I am trying to copy the file using the file/copy routine. When I attempt the file copy I get the message "File NOT copied".
I am currently running Quicken Premier 2019, Version R15.18, Build 27.1.15.18 on a Windows 10 Home 64 bit system

I just wanted to confirm that the "File Not Copied" error is a bug that has been reported to Development for further investigation and resolution.
I was able to replicate this error and have provided Development with a copy of one of my personal data files where this error occurs however, if you also have a file that generates the "File Not Copied" error please use the "Report a Problem" to submit a sanitized copy to assist with debugging this issue. (Help tab > Report a Problem)
The error is specific to the data file so the more examples we can provide Development of files where this issue occurs, will help them find the root cause and solution as quickly as possible and a giant "Thank you!!" in advance to all Users willing to share their file with us.
If submitting a sanitized copy of the data file, please reference Ticket #QWIN-14542 in the subject line or comments section of the submission form.
Thank you,
Sarah

PLUS, I also get "unable to send report to Quicken" when I attempt to "Report a Problem."

From what I can see, the Original Poster disclosed what version he/she is running, but I don't see your version disclosed in this thread. The version might be relevant to the discussion.
Once you have successfully installed the Mondo patch, then retry the File Copy function.
