Allow search box in each account to filter the search to certain fields [edited] (4 Legacy Votes)

Currently the search box in the upper right of each account does a searches all fields in the register.  It would be nice if there was a button that would allow you to restrict that search to certain fields and if you can put in criteria like Contains, Starts With, Contains (the same kinds of things you can do in the current Find command.)

Don't we have that function already, as part of Edit / Find or Edit / Find&Replace?
It's my understanding that the Search and Global Search fields are specifically made for quick and dirty searches where you don't need qualified search criteria.

There is a difference between the two.  With Find you get a dialog box with the results, and only after your have finished typing.

With the search box in the top right filters the transactions right in the register and it an incremental search.  It is a very powerful search, but could be even better if you could limit the search to certain criteria.

Note this is already the way Quicken Mac's search works.
