Quicken Cloud Sync Errors

I would like to start using Quicken on the Web. I have a number of errors for items it says are not synced but there is no repair offered. They are all on a credit card and include this statement "Parameter cpData.postedOn must be specified for this request." What is this error and how do I resolve the issue in order to sync to the cloud?

I am using Quicken Premier on Windows. A few months ago I moved from Mac back to windows. Release R 15.18
