can't set up repeating online payment in Mac

I want to be able to set up a repeating online payment in Quicken for Mac(2019), using Direct Connect with my bank. I want to send it once and have Quicken handle it monthly or quarterly (depending on what I set up). I cannot do that. I believe the feature is available in Windows. Let's get it in Mac as well!

A bill pay transaction can be created by creating new a transaction and typing "Send" in the check number column.
The bill pay transaction can then be scheduled.
The scheduled can be set to "Bill Pay via Quicken" and mark as paid "Before Scheduled date" and choose "0 days before.
Alternatively, a future scheduled bill pay transaction can then be marked as "Pay Now" to begin processing or "Pay on Next Update"
This idea is being marked as "Already Offered"
