Webster Bank not downloading transactions

Since a couple of days, I'm getting message "End user action required, please go to bank website, etc.   I have no problem signing the the bank website.  I called webster and they said to contact Quicken support team.  I'm using Quicken Delux 2019.

    The first thing I would try is Update Now.

    Go to the register, select the settings/gear Icon and Update Now (note if you just ran One Step Update it might just go to the One Step Update summary, if it does, do Update Now again)

    This usually clears this kind of problem.
