I had the same issue, and after spending an inordinate amount of time with Quicken tech support, they weren't able to find a resolution, and effectively said I'd have to wait for updates to fix it.

I just updated to the most recent version of the desktop app (R16.16 Build 27.1.16.16), and now the mobile app doesn't show my budget at all.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

Quicken Windows Canada R16.16 was released a couple of days ago. I have installed it and re-initialized the Quicken Cloud, but nothing's improved. My budget is present in the cloud and on the apps, but it is still full of zeroes.

Hello Stephen and Valderi. Appreciate your comments.

Have you tried resetting the cloud and re-syncing to see if you will get current downloads?

    Stephen: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-edit-or-delete-your-cloud-datasets-quicken-mac

I would give this a try and see if you are able to get all your data including your budget totals.

    Respectfully,
    ~ Quicken Harold.

See my new comment below. The latest release hasn't fixed this. It's not you!

I have this build:  Quicken Deluxe 2019 R17.6.  I have the Budget issue with Quicken on the WEB where the correct budget shows at the top of the box, but the Expenses and Income are bot '0'

Has anyone on this thread managed to resolve this problem? As of today I am still experiencing it, despite recent app updates.

Ping. Anyone had any concrete indication from Quicken Support that a fix is forthcoming? Anyone had any success resolving this issue?

Upgraded to Quicken 19... the desktop version for the budget acts correctly, but when it migrates to the mobile and web versions, erroneous rollover amounts show up.  Cloud resets have not worked.

A new release of Quicken Deluxe Canada came out within the last week (R16.18) however this is still broken. Budgets still don't work properly on the Quicken Web app.

So another month passes with no resolution. Frustrating!

Woo-hoo! This has been fixed in the bug fix release pushed yesterday, Quicken Deluxe Canada R16.22. Better later than never!
