Wrong Quotes
I have Quicken 2018 for Windows. I'm having a problem with 1 fund not getting the correct quote.
Last night (friday night) I was working on some transactions with American Century Investments, 1 fund in particular, American Century Utilities Fund ticker BULIX, is $17.84. Quicken says it's $18.44. I've updated numerous times and ways in Quicken but it stays at $18.44. I've checked with American Century, my account, googled it on various pages and it is $17.84.
I'm assuming when the market opens back up Monday it will hopefully correct itself, but I'd like to know why it is wrong now and will not correctly update.
While it's always nice to have more money, I would like accuracy especially since I got the renewal notice with a 50% increase.

Sorry, you're experiencing this difficulty.
I was unable to recreate this.
I am seeing $17.84 on both the Windows and Mac side.
It appears that this may be coming from the data file.
I would try to Validate and Repair, https://www.quicken.com/support/advanced-data-file-troubleshooting-correct-problems-quicken-windows.
Be sure to select Rebuild Lots.
Let me know how this goes!

At first the validate did nothing, then I tried the rebuilding lots....that seemed to work, though I don't understand why it shows very fractional price day changes for bulix, amjvx and tweix in the same American Century account, but I can live with that now that the quote is correct.
So now my question is what do I do next? I have the data copy file open, do I use that, close it, save what?
But thank you for the help!
You will want to continue in the copy of the data file that is showing the correct quote.
I would dispose of the previous file that was showing the incorrect quote price.
I would also save a back up of the current file that is now correct.
Glad to hear that it's working!

To avoid any mishaps I would consider opening the files to verify which one is showing the correct quote and which one has been corrected.
I would then delete the file that is incorrect as that file is experiencing corruption.
You can also save a back up prior to deleting to be assured you can fall back on it if necessary.
Hope this helps!

It looks like everything is working fine now. Thank you very much for your help.
