How can I use a Seagate file on a external hard drive for my Quicken mobile app?

Hi @ RAY A TKACH ,
You can't. The Mobile Application is looking for your Account online. Having a file on the External Hard Drive, will lead to Corruption, if you are using it for your Desktop version as well.
And the Mobile Application only will work with Current Supported product that has Online Services still available in it.
