What version supports reports by tags?

Quicken Starter Edition 2019 R16.14
I foolishly upgraded from a very old version  and found that I cannot run tax summaries for particular tags. I suspect that the problem is that this is a starter version...what level do I need to upgrade to in order for this to be possible?

    Just the next one Deluxe. Right, Starter Edition doesn’t have Tags(previously called Class) and doesn’t have loans and probably some other features. Maybe not even investments.

    That is correct no investments in starter version.

    Thanks...hopefully upgrading won't be as ugly (or buggy!) as the last move!
