Can not enter transaction in mobile app on iPhone

I have quicken 2016 deluxe. When I open the mobile app I can see existing transactions. But, when I try to save a new one I just get the spinning icon making it seem like it needs time. I waited an hour and tried yesterday and today with the same outcome.

Thank you for making an attempt. Validated my windows file and no issues uncovered. I tried deleting the account from sync. The thing that worked was deleting Quicken from my phone and reinstalling. It would be nice if there was an easier fix.
