amazon prime sign in problem

Amazon prime biller keeps saying the information is incorrect, and to fix it.  I can sign into the website with no problem.  I'm using Premier 2019 version R17.6.  Since it is an annual payment, I just want to delete the biller, but can't find anyway to do that either.

    On the Bills & Income tab, go to the gear on the upper right.  Select Manage Online billers and then  remove for Amazon.

    Thank you so much, I've been trying other suggestions from this group and nothing had worked.  This was very easy.  Again I appreciate it
