TD - unable to connect my quicken to TD bank account for automatic downloading.
Quicken and TD blaming each other. Quicken said - that they can't do anyting. TD said, they are not even receiving a request from Quicken to download any transactions.

The issue was reported earlier this week and was closed recently due to an issue with an update with their systems.
If you are still experiencing this issue, we need to know the following:

The Canadian and US entities use different systems. A situation with one does not necessarily/normally pertain to the other. It is important to differentiate between them.
