Improvements to Quicken Home and Business

In the tally sheet on the left, give the option (in a drop down menu) to allow the user to select either "Market value" or "Cask Balance".

    And why, in an investment account, would I want to see the available Cash Balance instead of today's Net Worth (= Market value of all securities + uninvested Cash - Margin loan balance)?

    By the way, for regular investment accounts (not retirement accounts), this feature already exists.
    All you have to do is select to show "Cash in a separate checking account".
