clock icon with an exclamation point

What does the clock icon with an exclamation point in it mean? I've been all over the site and can't find an explanation. I've got a dozen transactions id'd with it. I use Quicken 2019 Delux V5.9.2.

What shows up if you use Quicken help
(Menu bar -> Help -> Quicken Help) then enter "status icons"
