Bank stopped updating about 3 weeks ago

One bank account stopped updating using One Step Update.  The interesting thing is if I go to "Manage Passwords" and click on "Change Password" and retype my same (old) password, Quicken will update my banks transactions through "Update Now".  However it is a one time fix.  I tried deactivating and reactivating the account through "On Line Services".  That did non help.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Bruce.

Ok, it seems like there are a couple of possible entities for "First Northern Bank", which is yours?

    First Northern Bank    http://www.thatsmybank.com    (877) FNB-6000    https://www.thatsmybank.com/enrollment_form.htm    ACTIVE         BANKING&WEB-CONNECT         BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT    NOT_QBP    NA

    First Northern Bank of Wyoming    https://www.fnbofwyo.com    (307) 684-2211    https://www.fnbofwyo.com    ACTIVE         BANKING&WEB-CONNECT         BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT    NOT_QBP    NA

    First Northern Bank PA    http://www.fnbpalmerton.com    (610) 826-2239    http://www.fnbpalmerton.com    ACTIVE    BANKING,PAYMENT,ACCOUNTINFO&DIRECT    BANKING&WEB-CONNECT              NOT_QBP    NA

Also, when you do TOOLS, Account List, what does it say in the "Transactions Download" column adjacent to the problematic account.

Lastly, for now, since all 3 support Web Connect, try logging into their website and initiating the download from there, and then import it into Q.  That sometimes "shakes loose the cobwebs"

OK, so what about my "Transaction Download" question?

And have to tried, on a one time basis, to Web Connect?

I am almost certain that transaction download will work, but I am a simple guy.  I want to click a button and Quicken will an auto update (as it did for almost 2 years) all of my accounts.

Not sure what or how to do "a one time Basis, to Web Connect".  Can you please elaborate.
    Thanks

Solved the issue it turned out to be an easy fix...
Tools > Account List > Edit  (Selected Bank) >  Clicked on line service > Clicked on Reset Account.
