Home Quicken for Mac Errors and Troubleshooting (Mac)

Called the help number and after a bit a recording says, we sent a text.

Called support. I didn't identify myself or speak to a person, just pushed buttons too get to the right area, then this voice says they've sent a text and if it didn't come select send an email instead on my screen....nothing like that is on my screen. I have almost finished my first year subscription. When I had dimply bought a Quicken program and called I got good support, not I am updating the program annually and I cannot get support? (I tried calling three times to make sure it wasn't a one-off.) Quicken Starter 2019 Version 5.9.2  Mac Computer

    WHICH "support" did you call?  There's been scammers active on the forum today, and they've been leaving SCAM phone numbers as "Support".

    I called the number given in my Quicken App.
