Problem opening data file after updating to Mac Version 5.9.2 (Build 59.25153.100)

About the issue (reposting this item with a better description)
Following an update to Quicken for Mac version noted above, I began to see warnings that my datafile could not be opened and the message suggested that "... [data] file was last opened on [date] using version 5.9.2 build Build 59.25153.100."  

I am, however, already using that version/build on this machine so this message is odd.  Options presented to me include buttons for Open Anyway and Try Again.   Neither work and instead presented the same error dialog.

To resolve this, I could only locate a backup file and perform a restore.  I chose a backup that was dated prior to the upgrade. 

This suggests to me there is a bug in this current release with regard to data file compatibility. I will try to recreate all transactional data since the loss and see how it goes from here.
