Mobile App does not categorize all transactions when syncing

Lots of uncategorized items when they are categorized on the desktop

2019 deluxe
I believe i corrected the issue.
I updated the accounts on the desktop and made the category corrections and then such the accounts again.The mobile app now matches the desktop0
