Persistent Transaction Reminders

I really like the blue dots that remind that an account has unreviewed transactions. Problem is, the blue dot goes away when I open and close the account register, even if there are still unreviewed transactions. I would like to see a persistent blue dot, one that remains alongside the account name in the sidebar as long as unreviewed transactions remain. That way I won't miss any new transactions.
