I've been having problems with downloads from Fidelity similar to ones described here, and have been unsuccessful in trying to get any direct help from Quicken.

My brokerage account keeps showing three times what I actually have. Part but not all of the reason is that it keeps including funds I no longer have and the other part may have something to do with the placeholder function.

My 401(K) shows double the amount I have. That may be in part because my employers moved the old 401(k) to a newly-named 401(k) but every time I try to delete and then restore the account, and instruct Quicken to ignore the old name, the same thing reoccurs.

Same is true of the brokerage account

Are you still having issues connecting to Fidelity?

Which version of Quicken for Mac are you using?

Please let us know so that we can best help you.

    Respectfully,
