Trouble downloading from my bank

I am having this same issue with UW Credit Union (Wisconsin).  I will lay in a screen grab below with the error(s) I am receiving.

Quicken starter 2019 (membership renewed a few days ago, which is possibly when the trouble began).  Version 5.10.1
Build 510.25438.100

Mac OS 10.12.6

The error tells me my bank's website is down (it isn't).  I have tried both Quicken connect and direct connect to no avail.
