How do I communicate with someone at Quicken for support?..no way to leave telephone call back...

I have tried to call Quicken support a number of times...650-250-1900 line is busy...no answer or method to leave message or call back request...also, efforts to start chat failed...is this a standard arrangement or is there a temporary shut down?

    If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support

    Premium Support should provide a shorter wait queue.

    Regardng chat, if you haven’t already, you might try clearing the cache or a different browser.

  • That's where I started...I logged in and selected Windows and them called the number 650-250-1900...no one answers...no way to leave call back message...is that normal?...then tried chat after selecting topic from drop down...nothing happened...just wanted to know what to expect before I spend more time trying to make contact.

    You also can't have a pop-up blocker running either for Chat to work.

    I'm sorry to hear you are receiving a busy signal when calling and thank you for taking the time to report this matter to the Community.

    I just tested the phone lines and was able to successfully connect with Quicken Support by calling the 650-250-1900 number.  If you haven't been able to reach an Agent yet, please try our Toll Free Number, 888-311-7276, and let us know if you are still receiving a busy signal or are able to connect.

  • Thanks for the info...I made the mistake of looking for an alternative telephone number and found an 800 number on the internet...the call was answered quickly and the party indicated that she could diagnose the Quicken issues...I unfortunately allowed her access to my computer and she reported why Quicken was not working properly as well as, a vast number of other issues...she wanted $500 to run utilities that would fix any and all corrupted files and enable me to download transactions from the bank...needless to say, I made a horrendous mistake...I will call the number you have given me during the next business hours...again, thank you for your guidance.

    My advice at this point is to change all of your passwords, no telling what that hack-artist did to your computer.
