iPhone App problems

Just downloaded Quicken for my iPhone X. I log in but then it says..."Please open Quicken for Windows or Quicken for MAC to continue the Quicken Mobile App."

I have Quicken on my MAC computer but how do I access it on my iPhone?

    Hello Eric,

    The accounts from the desktop version need to be set to sync on the desktop prior to using the mobile app.

    Once in front of the computer, please follow the steps in the article below to set up accounts to sync to the mobile app.

    Hello Eric,

    Glad to hear that it's up and running.

    I use scheduled transactions very heavily and it would definitely be helpful to be able to see them in the mobile app.

    If I'm going to be away from my desktop for a while I will mark the upcoming transactions as paid and that will then sync the transactions to the mobile app. It's not perfect but I find that helpful!
