NEW 02/14/19 US Bank Quicken Credit Cards Returns OL-330-A/15500 Error

US Bank has recently changed the way new Users add accounts in Quicken and any Users attempting to add or update accounts will receive a "OL-330" error in Quicken for Windows or a "Error 15500" in Quicken for Mac.

Users will no longer enter the last 4 digits of the credit card number to add/update accounts in Quicken using the Direct Connect method and will instead receive a new four-digit PIN number from US Bank in the mail to enter.

The new four-digit PIN Numbers have been mailed as of 02/11/19 and include instructions on how to add accounts in Quicken using the new PIN Number.

We have also received notice that Quicken Credit Card Users may experience missing transactions between 1/24-2/8/19.  If you are experiencing missing transactions, please visit the US Bank website to download the missing history through a Web Connect (.QFX) file or contact Quicken Support for assistance.
